Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, portals, and business communications tools operated by Aura Systems (“Aura Systems”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including AuraHQ and related WhatsApp Business Platform Tech Provider operations for Aura Systems and affiliated companies.

By accessing our sites or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services covered

These Terms apply to:

• Public websites operated by Aura Systems (including aurasystems.in);
• Authenticated staff portals such as AuraHQ;
• Business messaging and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) operations we run as a Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Tech Provider for Aura Systems and affiliated companies.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform

Where we send or receive WhatsApp business messages, we do so using Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery, templates, quality ratings, and account status are subject to Meta’s platform rules, availability, and policies in addition to these Terms.

4. Accounts and access

Staff and authorised operators must keep credentials confidential, use access only for legitimate business purposes, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend or revoke access to protect systems, customers, or legal compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our services to:

• Violate applicable law or Meta / WhatsApp policies;
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing without required consent, or abusive content;
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security controls;
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation when messaging customers.

6. Data and privacy

7. Meta / WhatsApp platform rules

Use of WhatsApp messaging features must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policy, and Business Messaging Policies. Meta may restrict messaging, templates, or account access independently of Aura Systems.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery of third-party messaging networks (including WhatsApp), and we are not responsible for Meta platform outages, policy enforcement, or carrier delivery failures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services or reliance on third-party platforms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
